When you request a free assessment, we collect the information you give us: name, phone number, ZIP code, email (optional), and your stated concern. Our forms also record standard marketing attribution — how you found us (for example, which ad or search brought you here), your consent choice with a timestamp, and your browser type.
To attribute your visit correctly, we store a small first-visit record in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days. We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting files from Google's servers.
We use your information to contact you about your estimate and schedule your assessment. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our scheduling and messaging systems), and only so they can process it on our behalf. If you check the consent box, we may contact you by call or text, including via automated technology; consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to cancel texts, HELP for help.
We do not sell your personal information.
We keep lead and customer records only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, and delete them on request where the law allows.
